Terms of Service
These terms describe the R3 internal beta's account, access, fair-use and service boundaries. Product and legal review are still required before release.
V2.2 public-site migration baseline · 2026-08-28
Account and security
A verified email or login name plus password is the root identity. Devices and access paths use separate unreadable, revocable credentials; accounts and technical credentials must not be publicly shared.
Devices and access scenarios
Windows/macOS browser use, Windows/macOS/Android full-app use and iPhone/iPad use have platform-appropriate paths. The beta offers scenario guidance without a public hard device cap.
Network modes and availability
Smart mode is direct-first and unknown traffic stays direct. Third-party services and existing sessions on a failed node are not guaranteed to remain available or migrate without interruption; new and recovering connections are rescheduled when health permits.
Beta scope and fees
The R3 beta is invitation-only. It has no billing and does not offer commercial plans, service renewals or extra quotas.
Fair use
- Do not violate applicable law or others' rights.
- Do not attack, scan, intrude, distribute malware or abuse network resources.
- Do not resell, publicly share accounts or bypass safety and fair-use controls.
Suspension and recovery
Illegal activity, attacks, abuse or security incidents may restrict, block or disable service. Recovery follows the security review outcome, with a clear state and next action.
Updates
Terms are displayed by version. Flows that require acceptance record the applicable version and time.
